Our technically advanced Control Centre is the hub of our business. 
 

Our Control Center provides manual and automated, real time monitoring of our clients employees / locations on a national level complete with provision of an audit trail for our clients. Our duty controllers also carry out hourly welfare radio / telephone calls to client employees / locations throughout their duty shift.

Our national radio network is managed and monitored in our control center. 

Our duty controllers will monitor all active lone worker / man down systems.

Our duty controllers will also note any incidents that may happen on location and inform the client through our audit trail system. In the event of an emergency our duty controllers will follow procedures and contact emergency services and nominated key personal. 

Our Control / Call Center can save any client who requires a manned control / call center in the region of €70,000 + per year on average.
